Nice looking combination. It would be worth it to invest in a stainless steel propeller. Check here on what others have used but the BRP Rebel may be a good choice in the same pitch as the alumimum you have now.

That engine was rated 120 HP at the propeller shaft. If in good working order, it should push the boat to 40+ MPH. Have you done a compression check? The 3rd video shows the Outrage 25 moving along at 35 MPH and getting 3.4 MPG. I don't know what an Outrage 25 gets with other modern fuel efficient motors at that speed but that seems like an outstanding efficiency. My 25 foot Pursuit with fuel efficient twin 150s gets about 2.4 MPG at best.

I have two of the HPDI 150 engines. Advice: make sure you have a boat-mounted fuel-water separator that is maintained regularly. The HPDI fuel system is very sensitive to contamination.
