X2--but there is a bridge to navigate under so watch the tee-top. The Stono entrance can be really tricky with all the shoals but with a small draft should not be a problem.

Getting the itch to move up to a 280 or even 320 Outrage: how is the experience with the Mercury JOYSTICK PILOTING option? Do [boats with JOYSTICK PILOTING] operate as easily as they appear?

The 220 is very family friendly and handles the chop better than the dauntless. The top end with the 250 is in the low 40's but it's plenty of power.
Have a 2010 w/ 250 Verado with about 120 hours, so a little familiar with the boat. I really like it and great with 4-6 folks on board.
