I am going through the same process as you (albeit very slowly)--updating a 220 Dauntless. I emailed Whaler and they sent me the drawings and owner's manual. Turnaround time was less than a day in both cases.

Page 41 of the owner's manual shows the T-top but does not give dimensions. I guess I would try BW again--I am positive they had detailed engineering drawings when the boat was built and based on the responses that I have received, it appears that they archive everything.
