Could be the holy grail of the Classic Outrage 22, a more robust Commercial Products Division boat set up at the factory as a recreational Guardian 22 boat or maybe just a tired police boat redone. If the recreational stern couch is any indication of the condition of the rest of the hull, looks good...

You might have rust stains from the Avobenzone in the sunscreen reacting with salt or sweat. I have used Whink Rust Stain Remover for this problem.

You also might have a Streptoverticillium secretion problem. Pop that word into the search function over at the old forum for some info. Good luck!
