I am not the original owner. Like many neglected boats it must have some water in the foam. How much is the million dollar question.

Thanks for the reply. I drilled a 1/8" hole half way up from keel to starboard side. Only one drop about every 20 seconds. I will likely not use the boat for another week. So I may remove the two screws and transducer. Then observe the leakage all this week.

For anyone [with a 1981 OUTRAGE 18] running a 1998 Mercury 200-HP two-stroke-power-cycle engine with carburetors mounted so the [anti-ventilation] plate is one-inch above the hull bottom: [give] suggestions for propeller size and pitch.

Hello from Cajun Country! I just took delivery of my sixth Boston Whaler project, a 1987 Outrage 25 WD in salvage condition, no console, no trailer, just hull. I await paperwork. Largest project year-to-date. Not sure I will follow through. Maybe I can get some pointers.
