2016 G2 E-TEC 200 H.O Fuel Priming

On my 2016 210 Montauk I have a 2016 G2 E-TEC 200 H.O. model E200XHAGD. The fuel pump-reservoir gasket is leaking, and unfortunately the entire pump-reservoir needs to be replaced. My G2 uses the obsolete Carter #5009838 pump-reservoir which has been replaced with a Walbro pump-reservoir kit #501069...

Here is the [Moeller 24-gallon on-deck fuel] tank mounted under the reversible pilot seat (RPS) on a 2005 170 Montauk. It was installed in 2010 and has performed well for over 10 years.

Jimh - There is one direct-injection four-stroke-power-cycle outboard engine. Although not fit for purpose for the application being discussed. I do not think that vibration is being caused by an off balanced propeller - that does seem like the engine is dropping a cylinder. As recommended, a Mercury mechanic should do a diagnostic on the engine.

I would say that your going to be really pushing the limit of the car for a trip of this length. My 210 Montauk is "self bailing", but as noted by Jefecinco as on his 190 Montauk, my 210 Montauk will accumulated a good amount of rain water in the bilge and the bilge pump will drain the battery dead. I keep my 210 Montauk on a lift with the garboard drain plug removed.
