I think your sidewall cracking may be due to heat and sun damage. You may want to consider covers since you are in a warm/humid climate year round. Our 16" skiff has a small trailer that's keep outside in a storage lot, and we have two sets of tires, one set is old and cracked for storage and ...

Just looked at the boat you're getting, and I REALLY like it. It has all the features we'd want. Currently we have a 16' Riviera Fiber Corp with a Merc 2 stroke 50 on the back and it is doing the trick for us. But if we're ever in the market to replace it one day, it'll be this boat. Thank you guys for the reply. We are spec-ing a new 315 with this option and not sure if it is worth the money, or if it'll become dusty, or if it's the best thing since sliced bread.
