I have seen a 2000 Boston Whaler OUTRAGE 23 boat sitting now for several years full of water due to plug being left in, on a trailer with two flat tires, sitting on an empty lot in a residential area. I'm wonder if it is stolen.
I have no intentions on purchasing this boat. I am just currious.
