Per the 2007 210 Outrage owners manual on page 31 it lists and describes the components and operation of the hydraulic trim tabs. Also the schematic drawing number 1041 for the 210 Outrage can be downloaded from Boston Whaler's website, these drawings list hydraulic tabs.
