If you have 120-VAC power in your marina, wire both pumps to one battery, and connect a 2-Ampere, waterproof, trickle-charger to the battery.

I have found WET AND FORGET mixed 5:1 with water removes all mold and mildew over the period of about 3 weeks. It doesn't look like the hull has any bottom paint, so it has likely not spend any significant time in the water. Are the bronze thru-hulls corroded? Look at the rubber O-rings in particular. This is one of the the most common sources of water intrusion. Are there any breaches in the hull below the ...
