May be like carbon fiber inlay pieces in my car interior warrantied 5 times. They glue them and then they glue fails and or they curl up or just lift. Insanity over and over with same results.

Going back to Merc dealer for warranty again. Does the same things and now sinks 8" in 24 hr. Unit has one ram 2007 115. Mercury told dealer they have had problem with material they made gaskets / seals out of.

Like stated above epoxy solid and redrill. West systems makes syringe to inject it in the hole. If using epoxy mix with a filler to thicken it. Forget about rivets as stated above hand rivet guns are for light rivets. BW probably used something heavier than a hand gun would ever install.

I found out there is a service bulletin out for bad check valves.
I have to take boat to dealer. Technical representative I spoke to from Mercury should have checked this when I called last week—he is Not on the ball.
I hope this comes to an end soon.

Trim pumps are inherently self bleeding according to seloc manual I have. Low fluid would make pump work eratic. I will check today. You need a pressure gauge to check pressures going up and down which I don't have.

Trim unit can have an internal leak with no fluid escaping. In Mercury box and did say made in china. Different from original unit design but bolts right in. Release valve is tight. Will pull boat and check fluid level again. Two thousand rpm and unit would not trim up. I have a service manual that ...

A installed a new trim pump assembly on my 2007 Mercury [1]15-HP engine. A few days [later] and it sinks back into water. [This new replacement trim pump assembly was] only [installed] on [the engine for] a month.

New results: the new trim pump from Mercury made in China is failing. It won't hold the lower unit out of water. In two or three days it has dropped back in water 8-inches from 22-inches above water.

No clue what you weigh but I think fenders only crack after aging from UV damage. I would bet 300 lb. would be safe. They bolt on in existing holes now. New LED light and rubber gasket was cheap too just under 4 bucks.

Swapped them out. Mounting tabs on trailer were rusted. Wire wheeled 99-percent of the rust off the brackets. Use rust converter, spray galvanized, and then Por15 undercoating. Two new lights and it's done.

So the 2007 19 Montauk was rated for 115 now it is 150 HP the boat didn't change. Funny the 115 Merc weight is the exactly what a 19' was was rated for when released 410 lb. 2008 19' Montauk was rated for 135 HP. Then it jumped to 150 HP when that was out.

Bimini top on my 19 Montuak is good for shade at rest. It stores badly when down and underway because it doesn't fit between deck stantions. Bimini up and underway it shakes rattels and rolls no matter how you strap it at 20 moh in small waves.

The skills you need to repair that will not come fast or on one boat. It is a trade to repair that and many skills involved. It would not be cheap even for materials involved and equipment. Then add in your time. Unless I had personal attachment to he hull I would not bother with it.
