Appraisal: 1990 OUTRAGE 19
Give me an appraisal of 1990 OUTRAGE 19 with a bad engine. It has a trailer, a new fuel tank, and a some electronics. It’s well kept but the engine needs to replaced. It’s been shrink wrapped and not used for three years. Typical old guy boat . Any input would help. Thanks
