See from the instructions below where it says: "Engine clamp brackets must be modified...." This may be necessary for Yamaha.

I may replace the Teleflex cable steering with the [DOMETIC] Baystar HK400A-3 kit [on a 2002 MONTAK 17 with a Yamaha F90].
