A 160 Dauntless or Dauntless 16 could fit your requirements if it will fit in your garage. A swing-tongue trailer is very useful if storage space is a problem. I recommend stanchion mounted rod holders. To properly install gunwale flush mount rod holders drains should be included. A hard rain can put a lot of water in a holder. Some boaters like T-Tops because they offer a convenient place to mount a RADAR antenna. Others like T-Tops because they have become something of a status symbol. Be aware that KING StarBoard marine plastic lacks strength and may not be the best material to use for thwart seats. It will bend under load. Some form of added reinforcement will be needed.
