The rubber piece was missing from my [lamp] also. I used a garden hose gasket in its place. Just cut it so it fits around the mast, slip it on, and tighten, and you are good.

I just sold a 1968 13 foot sport and picked up a 1991 15 gls. The 13 is is extremely stable, but has a harsher pounding ride in a chop. The ride of the 15 is like night and day. Extremely smooth in a chop, but not stable at rest. My 15 does 40 mph plus with a 70 hp. The 13 did 25 mph with a 30hp.

I thought the decision was over. I ordered a raymarine a68, but they diddn't have anymore.The boat has a fiberglass side console, so there is some room for a flush mount. But now i'm not sure if i should try for another small flush mount, or just use a swivel mount? Decisions, decisions?

I just used the 5200 behind the screws. 5200 is not easy to work with.

I have a 1991 15 GLS. I want to remove the Bimini top mounts because they are loose, which will enable water to enter the gunwales. I tried loosening the screws, but the mount still won't pull out.

I have a 1968 sport and used a 8 foot cable.

I mentioned that I would like to get a good hull and repower it! That was just one line in my post. No one answered my question about the different variations of the 15 foot hull. I must be in the wrong forum.

People sell hulls with no engine or a blown engine all the time. I sold my 21 foot conquest with no engine.
