This is a wonderful time for boating here in Mobile. There are not too many places I know of where one can look straight ahead and see dolphins then look up and see a bald eagle.

I bought a 2003 190 Nantucket in 2017. Same hull as yours. It came with a T-Top. No problems except brushing some low hanging branches in my neighborhood.

I am leaning towards hydraulic because if I decide to keep this boat I will want to re-power with A 150hp. engine and conventional wisdom says to go with a hydraulic steering system for that horsepower.

The colored lens has three prongs that fit into slots in the base, as seen below in Figure 1.

That break in the lens should not have happened. It most likely compromised the connection.

If you want to use live shrimp bait (like we do here in Mobile), you should know that the bait tanks that Boston Whaler offers in the 170 Montauk are not insulated and do not have recirculating water pumps.
