Thanks for the info. I called Nauset Marine; their Norman Pin has a 3/8-inch threaded shaft, which is the same size as the Norman Pin ordered. Looks like if I want the Norman Pin I will need to fill and re-drill [the hole to the proper diameter].

Q1: what is the proper diameter for the hole that a standard OEM Norman Pin mounts into? BACKSTORY, I just purchased a 1970 16-footer whose Norman Pin is missing.
