I have a 1993 Outrage 17 and purchased a Mills mooring cover for summer use. Some price savings may be realized by purchasing the Mills cover through Twin Cities.

I am the second owner of a 1993 Outrage 17, which came off the dealer's lot with a Johnson 120hp on the transom. This motor weighs in at 365 lbs. The vessel handles this weight fine. Bob

If you are interested in speeding up the drying process, add some heat. One method of doing this is placing an electric halogen work lamp near the removed transom drains. Carefully monitor to ensure the lamp is not too close to the transom. Bob
