Wise makes a seat that should work, Swingback, Model # 8WD155P, I have one on my custom 1997 16, I have 2 12-gallon plastic fuel tanks under it.

The [MONTAUK bow rail] depicted in the WhalerCentral photo is mine. All rail connection plates are welded to both the bow and side rails.
