I've been told that my Mercury 90 FOURSTROKE BASED ON 2.1-LITER won't run properly without the new EPA venting do-hicky as found on the standard 6 gallon fuel tanks. Does this new vent come standard on the Moeller tank?

By the redesign, I meant when Whaler changed the hull back in 02? I thought they might have changed it again since then, but I don't know. I grew up around the old, hard riding, narrower Montauks, so my new hull feels like a Cadillac.
