I used a bit of grease on the spin on on the rubber seal and tried your advice to hold the bulb up and down: still no result. I changed my spin-on fuel-water separator, and now I can't get any fuel pressure with the bulb. I pre-filled the new separator with fuel being installing it. Should the bulb pump up like normal? Looks to me like the ballast was all wrong, she didn't really try to right herself all all, that hull was floating from the start. Unless they had no water under the trailer and boat and it just laid over? When you launch a boat, it floats off the trailer eventually, that hull's ballast was too ligh...
