If depth of the water behind your boat is your only concern you don't need to spend the money for a fish finder. I would look for an inexpensive depth finder and transducer combination if you can find one. A black and white or gray scale machine should be fine.

I doubt pressure washing caused the cracks. It's interesting that some of the cracks appear to be radiating outward from what appears to be a scupper or transom drain.

I believe all the new plastic tanks can only be vented manually per the EPA mandates. Holding down the plastic screw in the center of the fill cap will manually vent the tank.

I can believe National consumption is at 1990 levels due to the very large efficiency gains over the past 25 years. On a global scale I suspect consumption may have increased due to countries like China and India joining the massive vehicle ownership club.

Depends on the length of the fuel line. I believe so. One way to ensure the fresh fuel reaches the cylinders would be to run the fuel tank dry of old fuel before filling with fresh fuel and stabilizer. I put stabilizer in every tank full year round.

If you can't find an adjustment to the screen angle that allows viewing you should be able to fabricate a hood from some thin pliable material and attach it to the sounder to reduce the glare. It could be mounted using heavy duty velcro or an elastic band. On youtube.com there are examples.

Functional and semi-attractive suction cup mounted trays are available. They work very well on console surfaces.

Ram mounts have the added benefit of making electronics easy to remove for added security for those times when a little extra security is wise.
