Does your cover leak when it's raining? I too have a sunbrella cover that is snapped in place. Everytime it rains the boat gets water in it. I tried treating the cover but it didn't work.

Any competent hydraulic hose company could bend you a new longer metal end with the appropriate flare . I wouldn't even use the double crimp and just go with stainless steel hose clamps.

Those are double crimped on connectors from rubber to metal hoses. They are used widely in many applications. I had the same problem with leaks on my GMC Yukons. My original Helm filler cap had a weep hole in it. After I cross threaded that cap i ordered a new one without the weep hole. On very hot days it seems to seep around the rubber gasket under the filler cap. All is good though and works great.

I have the same Uflex on my Revenge. I keep two spare bottles of oil and my two water bottle and hoses bleeding system on board for such emergencies. Good thing you weren't way off shore.

Cut the front and middle poles a little shorter. Slide the front and middle, smaller, poles up higher. Lengthen the rear straps and tighten down the front ones. Should give you more height on the top for now.

I only use the turnbuckle as a back up against a failed strap or winch. It's worked great these past two years. Once the boat is winched up and the safety chain attached to the bow eye I fasten the turnbuckle and only turn it hand tight. No extra pressure on the eye this way

Start scraping that foam out with a spatula. When I did mine it all came out rather easily once tank was removed. After I got it all out I scrubbed and polished the cavity. Instead of using expanding foam I used those foam floor mats they put in children play areas.

I took out the Revenge 20 W-T fishing this weekend with three extra passengers on board. The trim tabs performed as expected and advertised. The list to Port was gone and the boat ran smooth. I'm very happy with these tabs.
