The replacement plug-only looks like Moeller Replacement Plug For Transom Drain : #20304-10.

I cannot be sure it's the right one, but that part looks close to the image you posted. That part is available at many online retailers, e.g., Discount Marine Supplies has them for $6.42.

Boston Whaler did make a portable live well option for a few years. You can see a picture of one by searching 'Boston Whaler OEM Portable Live Well'. Had one once. Nice high quality unit. With 'Boston Whaler" logo on clear lid. Pretty rare.

Our local boat dealer has 1000-lbs capacity E-Z-Loader galvanized bunk trailers with torsion suspension (no leaf springs) and tongue jack for $895. Those trailers would be great for classic or newer style 13-foot Boston Whaler boats.

I remember vacationing in the Washington State San Juan Islands in our Boston Whaler Revenge 22 and the Orca's swimming directly under the boat. Close enough that you could see the white spots on their backs. Beautiful sight.

On a 1994 Yamaha 90 model TLRS two-stroke-power-cycle engine, the Emergency Fuel Enrichment System is controlled by a red lever with three positions: Normal, Open, Closed.

Would running in any position cause low idle and rough running at low-to-mid RPM when warm?

2000 was the first year of the 130 Sport and the only year it was rated for 30-HP maximum. Starting in 2001 it was rated for 40-HP. If [the unidentified boat] a 13-foot Boston Whaler, number 3743 is an old one. Numbers 100 through 4499 were made sometime between 1958-1961.

One the best (and cheapest) trailers for a classic 13 Boston Whaler is a galvanized EZ Loader model number EZB 12-14 - 1000. It has 12" galvanized wheels and a quiet torsion axle for about the same price as spring trailers. Often discounted to around $800.
