Re: Garmin Echo 94 SV to NMEA-0183 Autopilot

Jim, I am not sure about this device having [NMEA-1083], as I have installed a [NMEA-2000 network] on my boat I am purchasing this unit to make the most of my system including the gauge display.

I will investigate a little more to ck out if this Garmin has [NMEA-0183].

Thks,

Garmin Echo 94 SV to NMEA-0183 Autopilot

I have the older Raymarine S-1000 Autopilot which is working perfectly and uses the older NMEA-0183 system which is connected to my Standard Horizon C 300 GPS which is also NMEA-0183. Re: 190 MONTAUK with 115-HP is Under-power

Back in 2008 I purchased a brand new 190 Montauk [with 115-HP] and quite frankly I almost cried the first time I took her out. Mind you I was 56-years-old and not a speed freak or skier. I only wanted to cruise and occasionally fish. I found this boat to be quite under-powered for my tastes. I sold ...

Now if Evinrude would only do the same thing on their smaller outboards instead of only having a choice of blue that would entice me to buy one as a kicker to match my white E-Tec. I really don't understand their marketing strategy on smaller outboards.
