I would start with a Suzuki stainless 14 x 22. The engine should be mounted "two-holes-up" meaning the top bolts are in the third hole down from the top.

Yes, [production of the 190 OUTRAGE has been discontinued in 2021]. [The 190 OUTRAGE] had a long and successful run. Additionally the Dauntless 170, 180 and 210 are no longer produced.

Boston Whaler introduced many new models this year including the 230 DAUNTLESS and 250 DAUNTLESS.

While there was a diagram from the factory, it will not be accurate and of no use to you.

Splash your boat with a full fuel load and normal gear. Mark the hull with a grease pencil. Paint the hull slightly above the line.

I would be concerned the owner left it like that for years. Doesn't say much for his level of maintenance.

Holes in the hull or deck of a Boston Whaler Unibond hull are the Achilles heel.

Pre-covid this would be a $7,000 boat.

Given the F200 is the same weight, you should be fine.

As for the Suzuki, it is only 40-lbs more. I doubt there will be a significant impact.

If the batteries are in the stern, you can move them to the console and the weight difference will be offset.

Consider liquid electrical tape as a short term fix.

It really needs to be replaced.

Where your boat would be worth ~7K pre-covid, the current market price would be in the 10-12K range. This price also reflects that it is winter.

Well the jackplate is NOT helping you. How much setback?

Where is the anti-ventilatoin plate in relation to the keel? Use a straight edge to measure.

Adding transom weight and moving the engine aft is exacerbating the tendency for the bow to oscillate.

The recommended props for your model and engine are 3 bladed stainless steel, eg. 14x18 Suzuki SS or a 14x22 Stiletto Advantage I.
