It is not published.

You need to pull the hose to get the exact length or overestimate. Run a garden hose over the deck to simulate path.

It is customary to use the stern eye and the bow norman pin for securing lines.

I would NOT [remove the cap on a NEWPORT in order to attempt to create a MONTAUK].

The NEWTAUK boats are revered as an improvement to both [NEWPORT and MONTAUK] models. A few dealers offered the NEWTAUK for only a few years.

You will have a long search.

With the passing of time, the number of vintage Whalers in the 18 to 22-foot range has fallen and prices have increased.

A classic Outrage 22 in decent condition with a post-2000 engine in the Gulf region fetch close to $40,000.

Most of the PVC is not structural.

The achilles heal of the seat was the plywood was not sealed.

If you used plywood, cut to size and then coat with epoxy. It will outlive you.

I googled tilt helm boot. Skimmed the results. One result is one of my favorite suppliers, Wholesale Marine. Did a search on their site for tilt steering and there it was.
