Yes, I did notice a bit of cup on the blades and the additional lip does impact the overall prop pitch.

I've found that trying to use adhesives on KING StarBoard is about the same as trying to glue Teflon. Many complain that the adhesion can be inconsistent. I'd opt for a G10 backer or another material for years of trouble free bonding.

If the threaded rod between the inner and outer eye has broken then remove the broken rod and purchase a new piece of threaded rod from McMaster Carr and only use 316 Stainless grade. Thread size should be 1/2" dia and 13 threads per inch. 1/2-13 threaded rod.
