Identify Boat from Pictures

I know this probably gets really old--but this boat I can't figure out. The helm looks like maybe a DQ, but the hull doesn't to me. Does anyone know if this is a whaler, or a clone?

the hull is clearly a whaler. the helm is clearly not.

Photography hint: when taking pictures of boats, which are generally much longer than they are high, orient the camera for the landscape aspect ratio.
