1984 Outrage 22

Postby mikegcny » Mon Jul 31, 2017 11:35 am

I got my boat cleaned up and the rub rail reattached last week. I spent a whole day compounding, polishing and waxing the hull. I think it came out great. We finally got to do some fishing.

My brother stopped by in his 88 Montauk that he just had re-powered. It is the same boat that my dad bought new for us when I was 12.

Mike--I love to hear stories like yours describing how a Boston Whaler boat has been in the family for a long time. Your OUTRAGE 22 with twin Yamaha F115 engines looks great, and the ride in the recording (linked above) looks very smooth.

Great looking boat after so many years and it looks like you have a pretty good pilot crew there. Thanks for the pictures.
