I am looking at purchasing a 1999 11' Whaler. It has a 2 tone deck which looks really nice in person. I was wondering if this was original to the boat or an available option.

Looks nice but no never seen it like that but it looks great and unless you are a keep as original fanatic that job looks well done and is desirable to me.
