2016 Montauk 210 Locker: Six Questions

I am the happy new owner of a 2016 Montauk 210.
In the anchor locker water easily enters from the top, and also from the open drain when I go far forward.
Q1: Is the anchor locker continuously wet and has mildew?
Q2: When its drain is closed will the fish locker stay dry enough to stow hand tools?
Q3: Does water leak into the console locker?
Q4: The locker below helmsman's seat does not seem dry; will a gasket at top lid solve the problem?
Q5: If so what gasket material?
Q6: Are the aft battery lockers designed to stay very wet?
