13-footer as First Boat
Good evening gentlemen. I want to introduce myself. I am triplets. I am not new to boating but I am getting ready to decide on a 13 footer for my kids' first boat. I have been lurking your site for sometime now but finally became a member today. I am looking forward to getting and giving some advice on boating. I live in South Florida and have been boating all my life. I have 17-year-old triplets who have a west marine 10 foot skiff with a trolling motor and they recently all receive their boating license so now it’s time to step up to a gasoline boat. I have decided to go with a 1970 13 foot whaler I was wondering if I can get some advice on what to look for like where is the hin numbers and any other thing you guys can help me with.
