Self-surveying 1993 21 Outrage

I'm 1000 miles away from a 1993 21 Outrage and am going to look at it Monday. Any tips? Here's what I know so far:
- Twin Yamaha 150s c. 1993, compression test comes back good >120 psi except one cylinder that's 114
- No idea about hours on engines - I don't think they can pull the numbers off engines this old (?)
- Hull bottom painted but immaculate
- Freshwater use
Questions:
- I want to verify fuel lines and tank are decent. I'm not sure how to check these other than visually.
- I don't want to be fussing with this boat as we'll use it on vacation - how reliable would those engines be?
- Missing stern seat - $2000 to replace, and we'd really like that. Deck chairs may be an option, but not as ideal as the stern seat.
- I'd like to add a t-top, but most fabricators are in Florida, and that's a LONG way from the boat or my house (I'm in Colorado)
Asking price is high for it's age, but it's immaculate. Overall cost is a heck of a lot less, though, than other options that I'm thinking (newer 21' Dauntless for $50k+)
I appreciate any tips you all might have.
