1997 23 Conquest: Help with Plumbing and Switches

Hello all, I just got a 1997 23 Conquest 1997. I am trying to figure out what-is-what in the bilge.
I see a large Rule pump labeled as a wash down pump that has a loop of hose going to and coming from the rear of the well on the starboard side of the deck. I figure this to be a recirculating system.
I have not yet found a water tank or a spigot [faucet] in the cockpit.
The switch panel lists three separate switches:
Q1: Could [the switches marked "washdown" and "water" switches be intended to control] uninstalled options?
[The 1997 23 CONQUEST boat also has] a male hose bib with cap on the starboard side of the engine well that has 1/2-inch poly line coming off it and disappearing under the deck heading forward.
Last but not least is the head. It's a Thetford Porto potty with a topside pump out. There is a 3/4-hose coming off it that I suspect is the vent but I can't seem to locate the terminus . Might be easier to find when the head is full.
I didn't get any of the original owner's manuals from the last owner. I seem to be the third owner. I will greatly appreciate anyone who can shine some light on this plumbing.
ASIDE: I bought the boat on eBay. I picked up the boat on Halloween in Rhode Island and am trying to square it away and wrap it up here on Long Island (New York) before the cold sets in later this week. It's my fifth Whaler in 40 years and I'm proud to add it to my fleet: 1972 Sourpuss 13; 2002 Dauntless 16; 27 Nauset Marine sport cabin.
