190 NANTUCKET Seats

The 2004 190 Nantucket with the fishing package came standard with an Igloo brand 54 Quart Marine Cooler. (about 25" X 15" X 15" high)
For a high quality alternative, take a look at a YETI Tundra 45 cooler - real close in size (about 25 X 16 X 15.5 high). Check your cooler mounting system for fit. Cushions are available for both.

Yeti is a very high end cooler designed to maintain low temperatures much longer than the typical Igloo or Coleman cooler. If you need a cooler for three days or longer the Yeti could be for you although there are other high end coolers claiming similar performance at lower cost. Check the cooler manufacturers web site for cooler cushions made to fit their coolers. Amazon is often a good alternative source.

If you only need moderate cooling and decent seating, go with the cost effective classic Igloo Marine Elite cooler. This is sized for the OEM cushions from Anderson Mfg. Note this is NOT the new redesigned cooler series.

Note the NEW designed Igloos are of lesser quality and the design has several changes (handles no longer replaceable) that are not well thought out. Avoid them.

My 2003 190 Nantucket came with a 72 quart Igloo, white Marine cooler. My cooler cushion was old so I took it to a local business to reupholster. I then noticed that the cooler lid was cracked. I researched replacement costs and they were over $100.00. A bit high for a so-so cooler. I went to the nearest Academy store and found an Igloo 54 quart ‘Latitude’ model for $69.00 and it is much beefier and the same size as the 72 quart Marine Igloo. Took it to my upholstery guy and he fitted it perfectly. Looks great with the grey accents matching the piping on the cushions.

You can obtain the rear seat cushion bottom and backrest from Andersons Mfg. They are an OEM quality vendor.
