Appraisal: 1996 Outrage 21 Evinrude 200 Oceanrunner

I need an appraisal for midwest pricing on a 1996 21 Outrage with a Johnson 200-HP Oceanrunner on a tandem-axle trailer, all in excellent condition. The boat has Bimini canvas, bow canvas, fish finder, a Compact Disk, etc. I am trying to find a real price, and not many are listed on-line to compare. Thanks
