I spoke with Joe on the phone Wednesday and reached a deal for two of the seats. He has received and cashed a check for a 20% deposit to hold the seats until I can come by for them at the end of the month.

What deal did you strike with him?

Hi Don. Wow, we're freaking out a bit here as these seats are Christmas presents for the kids. Joe wanted cash so I sent a check to my family down there who cashed the check and we've been calling and texting Joe all week but he's not returning our calls. Our deal is $1,000 for two seats and we agreed to pick up the seats this weekend.
