Hi all!

My father and I are selling a 1991 25 Outrage Center Console. Originally purchased by us in 2013 after electronic refit and motor updates to original 1991 115HP Evinrudes. After a few years replacing parts and updating wiring its time for the boat to find a new owner. This boat would benefit from two powerheads, replacement 115-150 hp newer motors, or be a great refurbish candidate (We just have to many other projects to do so.)

The Good:
Electronics all new around 2012
Raymarine Color Display E80
Raymarine Transducer
Raymarine GPS
Raymarine Radar
Standard Horizon VHF
2012 Approx Custom T-top
Hull and Deck are great, no soft spots
Two new batteries last year
Has bunk trailer in decent shape with some more recent work such as bearings
Replaced through hulls in 2014
Straight polished bow rail in great shape
Electric all works, most if not all has been rewired since 2012
Motors have had starters rebuilt, VRO, Starters, Pug & Wires, water Pumps, Stators, thermostats, and many other parts and electronics replaced in the last 2 seasons.


The Bad:
Gelcoat is in expected shape for its age
Front hatch for anchor needs glass touchup at front hinge
Ding in smirk near bow
A few spot repairs have been made
Crack in gelcoat at transom above water (no apparent deterioration is noticeable)
Isinglass needs to be replaced

The Ugly:
Powerheads have poor compression are both done, both have 1 cylinder around 50 psi and remainder of which run around 90psi. I can get them to run but they are not reliable or dependable
