I have the standard console in my 1984 Outrage 25, and have replaced the console risers I had previously with some much taller ones (I went from 3" to 8.5"). My old ones are for sale.
They are in great condition - made of black starboard by Raymond Martin at Martin Marine Design.

You may or may not need to re-drill the metal angle on your console to fit these - they are drilled to fit the factory metal angle on my console, but I don't know how consistent the factory may have been in their holes.
I believe this is the same console as used in the classic Montauks also.
$100 + shipping which is probably around $25 - they are heavy.
