I may sell my 2004 170 Montauk in order to buy a larger boat.

The engine is a Mercury 90-HP Saltwater Series two-stroke-power-cycle engine.

The fuel tank is an aftermarket 22-gallon fuel tank that fits under center seat

All cushions are in great shape.

The 2004 170 MONTAUK is all fiberglass and has no wood.

Included in the offer to sell will be:

—black Bimini top only used twice, with all stainless steel hardware

—E-Z-LOADER trailer.

The engine has 105 hours.

The boat condition is immaculate. It was always kept In garage or an indoor boatel.

The engine runs great.

The boat was never damaged.

The gel coat is like new.

The boat was well cared for

Give me a price.

The boat is 16-years old.

The 170 MONTAUK was introduced in 2002 (a year or two earlier) at a price of $17,655.

For an engine to have only 105-hours run time in 16-years is an average of only 7-hours per year.

An asking price will be based on how fast you want to sell. If you are anxious to sell, ask $15,000.

Others factors:

—where is the boat located?

—is the trailer ready for the road with good tires, bearings recently serviced, and lighting working?

Thanks. The boat is located in Virginia, near Richmond. The boat has been used mostly in fresh water and used occasionally in salt water.

No Bottom Paint.

Following each outing, boat is cleaned up and flushed each time.

The trailer is in excellent condition, boat is excellent, like new.

I had an offer for $19,900.
