Asking $7,500 reasonable offers welcome. Boat is in Casco Bay (Maine, 04109) and available to show on the weekends.
Hull:
1989 15' Super Sport
Power:
1987 Evinrude 70hp

Purchased the hull and trailer in the late 2000s in New Hampshire. Hull didn't have bottom paint then, and I think the boat was used on freshwater lakes to this point. I purchased a 1989 70hp Johnson to put on the boat, and painted the bottom with interlux primer and micron CSC bottom paint. Also refinished the interior wood with Interlux 2-part polyurethane varnish over west system epoxy. Wood was refinished with more Interlux 2-part polyurethane varnish a few years ago. Still looks very good.

Trailer: Cox tilting trailer in good shape. new tires on galvanized rims this spring. Boat is kept on an island so lights are not working currently.

Hull also looks very good -- few dings, and the area around the hull drain bears a scar from when the hull drain was replaced.

Engine: I re-powered the boat with a 1987 Evinrude 70hp 2 years ago after the '89 Johnson had low compression in one cylinder. New (old) engine was apparently a freshwater motor (virtually no corrosion, it is remarkable for its age). Compression is 135+ on all cylinders and it starts the first turn of the key. Plenty of spare parts from old Johnson included. Resealed lower unit and replaced water pump this spring. Boat does ~50MPH in a straight line with 1 person aboard.

Great small family boat, or for the kids. Just doesn't get used enough any more.
