SOLD: 2006 MONTAUK 170 $17,000 FIRM in Florida

[Apparently this boat is being offered FOR SALE for $17,000] a very clean 2006 Montauk 170 purchased used in April 2020. It was two-owner boat used only on Lake Erie for 275 hours. The engine is a Mercury 90.
The 2006 MONTAUK 170 has a Bimini top, high bow rails, all factory books, both keys and the red pouch. I fully serviced the driveline with all fluids, plugs, filters etc, I just had the bottom paint redone in a very sharp red to match the trim on the boat, then had it fully cleaned and detailed professionally. The condition is 9 out of 10
I [used the 2006 170 MONTAUK] one time up north this summer and that’s basically it. It’s now with me here in Lantana, Florida area. I’ve found a newer model.

I am leaving Florida on February 12, 2021.
