Q1: where do the wood trim pieces seen below fit on a 1987 MONTAUK 17?

They were re-finished years ago and I was in a hurry to get on the water and only re-installed the major wood components. I am older and now putting my boat into proper condition.

My guess is that those go above each of the two console doors to form a drip ledge (or lip).
