1975 MONTAUK 17: Round Holes Molded Into Deck

I have a 1975 Montauk and in the process of rebuilding. What are these round holes on the deck? Thanks in advance.

Hard to tell with a boat that old. It could have been anything that was added or subtracted through the years. Is that a view of the front on the console?

Where in South Dakota are you? I [am] in Carlsbad.

They are factory holes/ I have the same in my 1975 hull, If you look at them closely you will see that they are inverted philips screw heads, must have been a support while doing the mold...

Thanks Contender.....yeah I noticed those philips head screw heads...I think the plugs just popped out over time.
