15-footer: Combined Sidelight Fasteners

Postby TTB » Fri Jun 23, 2017 3:13 pm

Hi. It's been a few years since I've either logged-in or tinkered with my 15-foot classic. It feels good to be back.

I'm reassembling some stuff that I took apart a few years ago. I seem to have misplaced the two bolts that hold the [combined sidelight lamp and its lens] to the bow.

What are the bolt threads that I need?

Thanks--TJ

Are you asking about a machine screw that holds some part of the lamp in place in the fixture?

Or are you asking about fasteners that hold the lamp assembly onto the hull?

I have the three machine screws that hold the hockey-puck-shaped metal part to the hull. I'm asking about the two machine screws that hold the green/red plastic lens holder to that hockey-puck-thingy.

Thanks,

TJ

I'm not sure what the threads were, but thanks to the tap I had they are now 6-32. ;-)
