Does anyone have a manual or any documentation on Mercury marine part number 88688A19?
I've searched the web. I've contacted perfprotech.com asking questions, and they say it is not a valid part number even though I have the original label. I can't find any matching diagrams on the web.
The shifter seems to work okay for the gears, but the throttle itself doesn't seem to engage or advance the speed gear. I am not trying to rebuild it but it seems that maybe the internal release button may be jammed. This is all original from a 2000 Dauntless 220, Mercury 200 Optimax setup.
I'm looking for documentation, ideas, advice (yeah, ha, ha)
