Nantucket or Outrage 190: Adding Water Tank

Postby InVision » Thu Jun 21, 2018 5:32 pm

Has anyone replaced the oil tank on a Nantucket or Outrage 190 with a fresh water tank?

Is there a good solution for a tank with a pump mounted on the tank?

Thanks for any help.—M

I went with a flexible fresh water tank that I placed in the bilge, and installed hoses to use the same pump as the raw water wash down I installed earlier with a selectable Y-valve. It works really well and I can have as much as 14-gallons of fresh water. Look at my post below for pictures of what I did.
