Evinrude 70 Lacks Power After Carburetor Cleaning

On a c.1980 Evinrude 70-HP I had the carburetors cleaned. Now the engine does not have the power it had prior to getting the carburetor cleaning.

If the carburetors need to be rebuilt or if there is something else [causing the loss of power], I need help [to make a diagnosis of the cause of the power loss following the carburetor cleaning].

I assume the engine is a three-cylinder. Test to see if all three cylinders are actually working. Check for spark on all cylinders. A three-cylinder engine will run quite nicely on just two cylinders, but won't have as much power as when all three-cylinders are working. Check the spark plug boots; make sure they are firm onto the spark plug electrodes.
