Repair of small hole in fiberglass

My recently-purchased 1989 Montauk 17 needs a small hole repaired in fiberglass. The boat has the tan colored hull which I want to color match.

What products are recommended?

This will be my first time doing any fiberglass or gel coat work.

On my boats if I'm repairing a small hole (1/2" or less) I use West System epoxy with fillers and paint the the repair.
